Rev. Mary Brown-Oliver, appointed District Superintendent of the Washington Central District shortly after her

 arrival. 1990 Rev. Conrad D. Parker appointed

The formal Strategic Planning process began under the leadership of Rev. Conrad D. Parker; Daycare in Education Center closed

1996

Rev. Pauline V. Wilkins appointed, Discipleship training implemented for spiritual growth and evangelism

2001

Rev. Cecil Conteen Gray appointed

Developed Marriage Education Servant Leadership Development (MESLD) ministry and workshops

2005

The Northwood-Appold Community Academy (NACA), a Public Charter School serving students in grades K-5

2009

The Victoria Jackson Gray Adams Freedom and Democracy School, also known as "NACA II" opened serving students in grades 6-12.

2013

Fire ravaged church building 27 December

2016

NACA II celebrated its first graduating class; Re-entry to restored church building, October 16, 2016

NACA I and NACA II closed; Charter contracts were not renewed
